Dianne Gibert, Managing Director of Certex International and founder of the Talent Engagement Standard
Dianne founded Certex International Pty Ltd in 2011 as one of the few home-grown Australian certification bodies. With a BCommerce, MBA and as an Associate Fellow of AIM, Dianne has a passion for quality, safety and best practice.
Certex is founded on the belief that quality is more than just a certificate and performance and results are key in improving business practices.
With her experience as a triple certified lead auditor and with 15 years in the recruitment industry, Dianne saw a gap in the way people manage talent. From this grew the Talent Engagement Standard. Created as a benchmark of compliance with key elements of managing talent, the TES changes the way people think of certification with seven customisable modules. These include safety, privacy, right to work, employment, recruitment, talent and then compulsory module: quality.
The TES is a new way for the market to think about compliance and quality. More accessible and based on ISO 9001, it’s a way for organisations to ensure they’re up to scratch and improve their businesses with a standard customised to Australia and New Zealand.
